The talent you need.
The compliance you don't
want to deal with.
TeamPeople connects growing companies with vetted, top-tier talent — and handles the payroll, contracts, and compliance behind the scenes. You direct the work. We handle everything else.
Talk to Our Team"Born from a headhunting background, we know how to find people who are actually good at their jobs."
What sets us apart is what happens after the offer is accepted: we become the employer of record, running payroll, tax withholding, and compliance so you can focus on building your business instead of managing HR administration.
How It Works
Tell us what you need
Share the role, the skills required, and the timeline. Whether it's a single specialist or a full contractor team, we start sourcing immediately.
We find and vet the talent
Our recruiters draw on deep industry networks to identify candidates who fit both the skill requirements and your company's working style. You interview and choose who joins your team.
We handle onboarding and payroll
Once you've made your selection, TeamPeople manages the employment paperwork, payroll setup, tax compliance, and benefits administration. The talent is paid accurately and on time, every time.
They work for you — we stay in the background
Your new team member reports to you, follows your processes, and works toward your goals. TeamPeople exists behind the scenes as the employer of record, not as a layer between you and your team.

Frequently Asked
You do. The person we place reports directly to you, works within your team, and follows your processes and priorities. TeamPeople acts as the employer of record in the background — handling payroll, compliance, and HR administration — but we are not a management layer between you and your team.
We handle everything that happens after you select your candidate: employment contracts, onboarding paperwork, payroll processing, tax withholding and remittance, statutory benefits administration, and ongoing employer-of-record compliance. You focus on the work; we focus on the infrastructure.
It depends on the role. For roles within our existing network, we can typically present shortlisted candidates within 5–10 business days. For highly specialized roles, the timeline may extend slightly. We'll give you a realistic estimate upfront after understanding your requirements.
Absolutely. If you've found the person but don't want to handle the employment administration yourself, we can onboard them under our employer-of-record structure and manage all the compliance and payroll from there.
Traditional staffing agencies place people and move on. TeamPeople stays engaged as the employer of record for the duration of the engagement — meaning we're responsible for ongoing payroll, compliance, and HR support. We also bring a headhunting background to sourcing, which means we prioritize quality and fit over volume.
