For most offsites, we recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance to secure the best venue options and get the most out of the planning process. For larger groups (50+) or peak seasons in popular destinations like Bali, 8–12 weeks is ideal. That said, we've also managed successful offsites with 2 weeks' notice — just let us know your situation.
We plan offsites for teams as small as 10 and as large as 300+. Our sweet spot is 20–80 people — startup and SME teams large enough to benefit from a proper retreat but small enough that the experience can still feel personal and intentional.

Yes. We're transparent about what's achievable at different budget levels and will tell you upfront what you can expect at your price point. We'd rather have that conversation early than overpromise and underdeliver. Great offsites don't require lavish budgets — they require good planning.
